Birds will only approach something/someone/someplace where they feel
safe and not threatened - loud and extreme noises paired with magnetic
fields of any unnatural kind (such as the crowds and equipment common at a political rally) tend to cause birds to steer completely
clear. Yet the little thing still made it to the stage. Something that
science says shouldn’t even be possible, even for city birds.
In
some offshoots of Wicca and other nature-focused faiths, the sparrow represents the common
people. Bernie Sanders is funded by the common people. By you, by me. He is the candidate of the people.
To translate this, this is a good omen, a sign of a triumph against all
odds. Which currently Bernie is doing. He’s backed by the people, no
matter how many times mainstream media tells him he needs to quit, he’s
going to lose, he’s not going to make it… Bernie keeps marching on
